About This DanceLōva Class
In Acro Dance, learners gain the ability and know-how required to build their coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength in a safe manner that minimizes chances of future injuries. The teachings focus on five aspects that safely and effectively progress: flexibility, strength, balance, limbering, and tumbling. Overall, acro dance learners at this grade will learn the fundamentals for safely incorporating acro dance skills into routines. The skill set they will learn in this class consists of proper planks, penché rolls, backbends, donkey kicks and handstands. This class is held every week.
All hair must be pulled back and away from face. Leggings should be full-length. Acro Dance lessons tend to be challenging at first, but always very gratifying. Have a great time, dancers!
